New York Women in Film & Television is proud to participate in this year’s NYC Village Halloween Parade, bringing awareness to the lack of pay equity for women across all areas of the entertainment industry.
A contingent of NYWIFT members will appear riding in a “chariot” as a coterie of Greek Muses, in anticipation of NYWIFT’s annual Muse Awards event on March 26, 2025, at Cipriani 42nd Street. In buying a ticket or table to the Muse Awards you will support diversity, equity, inclusion and safe working environments in media.
“We are dressed as muses in celebration of the theme of our annual gala event that has been part of the institution’s legacy for 44 years. We’re thrilled Board President Kim Jackson and Board Members Okema T. Moore and Sibyl Reymundo-Santiago can join in on the spooky festivities of this cherished NYC event,” said NYWIFT CEO Cynthia Lopez.
